I am the Acquisition Representative for my company and I really enjoy how hands on the VinCue team is with coaching me and guiding me how to use their product as efficiently as possible so I can be as effective as possible in my process. I also enjoy how quickly I can get the customers vehicle into the system and have my appraisal team review the market and stats so they can give me an accurate number in no time at all. The last and best thing I will say about the company is, when there is something wonky with the program(which is very rare) they are on it immediately and respond back with real-time feedback with the status of the resolution, I can tell they genuinely care how the end user(me) is interacting with their product and want it to stand tall 24/7, it ensues confidence in me that they have my back when ever I need them.
